Friday is all about the festive and fun parade, when Crew Parade winds its way through the streets of Esbjerg to end at the Main Square.
From 10 am you can visit the port of Esbjerg and experience the traditional ships along the quayside in both Dokhavnen and Trafikhavnen. In addition to the ships, a lot of exciting things are happening on the quay, which will be worth a visit.
On this day, port and city are tied together in a bubbling procession in which the ship’s crews participate to say thank you for the hospitality.
Crew Parade
At 3 pm you can experience the Crew Parade. Here the crews really break loose, and the parade is buzzing with life and happy days. The crew members are either dressed up or in uniform, and of course many musical performers will accompany the parade.
The parade reaches its goal on the Main Square in Esbjerg around 4 pm.
At the Main Square, the crews line up to attend the award ceremony. In addition to participating in the race itself, the ships compete in a number of disciplines, and in Esbjerg the first winners are honored.
The main stage
Between Trafikhavnen and Dokhavnen you will find the large stage, where there will be music from 1.30 pm. Friday's program is presented in collaboration with Classic FM.

Pop-up stages
