# Experience StoryHunt – a tale you can step into

Experience the harbour and the ships in a new way with StoryHunt – an audio story that guides you from place to place with historical highlights and personal tales created in collaboration with Destination Vadehavskysten.

*StoryHunt* is an app that combines podcast and city walk. When you download the app and select the route “The Tall Ships Races,” you’ll get access to a narrated walking tour, guiding you from point to point while listening to the stories exactly where they took place.

You’ll hear stories about:

- Esbjerg’s birth as a port city and its pioneering spirit
- The Dutch ship Eendracht and young people’s first encounter with life at sea
- The Portuguese naval schooner Sagres as a symbol of international cooperation
- The local ship Fulton and Esbjerg’s efforts to support young people in the maritime world

The entire tour takes about 30 minutes and leads you from Landgangen down along Dokhavnen – right between the ship masts and the heartbeat of the harbour. You’ll need to bring your own headphones and have internet access.

**Please note: This experience is only available from 6–9 August during The Tall Ships Races in Esbjerg.**

How to get started:

1. Search for the route “The Tall Ships Races”
2. Download the StoryHunt app from the App Store or Google Play
3. Start at Landgangen – and let the story guide you along the quay
